I'm sailing alone. I'm setting with the sun and I don't need anyone to hold me. I'll be fine. I've got this cold and starry night. There's not a cloud in the sky and the water shines brighter than the light from a gamma ray burster. I look at my reflection in the middle of the universe and I feel so small. Oh, don't we all. So we call for an answer and the silence it's enchanting us to call again. We'll shout and then we'll keep on trying until we get there. I'm flying with you. We're dancing on the moon and we don't need anyone to tell us that we're falling because the gravity is low here. Everything it slows here and the city lights at night on earth look innocent and oh so very inviting but as we move in closer their ambivalence is biting so we stop and float for a while. Oh look we're over the Nile and I feel like I want to sail alone again and so the space between us grows and both of jus look smaller. So we call again. We'll shout and then we'll keep on trying until we get there. I'm flailing along. I'm rising with the tide and I don't need everyone to tell me that nothing stays the same because I know. The maple it does grow. The leaves they change from red to orange to yellow. The wind it blows and they land wherever they may because it's fall again. We'll shout and then we'll keep on trying until we get there.
